Super easy and no pressure experience buying a used Toyota Highlander from Carlos! Appreciated that everyone was very honest and not at all "sales-y". We came in with our 3 young kids in tow (no babysitters--thanks COVID!) and everyone was very kind and friendly to us AND them! Overall a great experience.
